Penn State continues to wreak havoc on the recruiting trail.

The Nittany Lions added to their defensive line by landing four-star defensive end Cortez Harris, the first defensive line commitment in their 2025 class.

Harris becomes the No. 18 pledge for the blue and white in its 2025 class and the eighth defensive player.

The Upper Marlboro, Maryland native ranks as the No. 288 player in the nation and the No. 26 defensive end in the class, according to the On3 industry rankings.

Harris marks the third commitment this weekend and fifth this week joining four-stars Jahmir Joseph, Antonio Branch,  Jabree Wallace-Coleman and three-star Braswell Thomas.

The newest Nittany Lion is coming off an official visit with Penn State and took official visits with Maryland and Tennessee.
