One of Penn State’s top prospects is off the board

The Nittany Lions added to their secondary by landing four-star defensive back Antonio Branch on Wednesday evening.

Branch becomes the No. 16 pledge for the blue and white in its 2025 class and marks the fourth defensive back.

The Miami, Florida, native ranks as the No. 400 player in the nation and the No. 36 cornerback in the class, according to the On3 industry rankings.

Branch’s commitment comes a week after Penn State gained a commitment from four-star Jahmir Joseph.

The newest Nittany Lion took an official visit to Happy Valley at the beginning of June and chose the Nittany Lions over Nebraska and Louisville.

The blue and white’s 2025 class now sits at No. 12 in the On3 industry rankings.
